The problem

Agriculture already uses most of the world's fresh water

The UN Food and Agriculture Organization estimates agriculture accounts for roughly 72% of all freshwater withdrawn worldwide, and a large share of that never reaches a root. It's lost to evaporation, runoff, and inefficient irrigation on the way there.

The Duragarden solution

Duragarden uses up to 80% less water than NFT

A closed loop recirculates water inside the system, so only what the plant actually needs gets used: up to 80% less than Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) hydroponics, and 50% less than traditional aeroponics, in a footprint about 30% smaller than comparable systems.
